Comments: Nestling among the imposing mountains of the Iberian system, close to the town of Nuévalos in the province of Zaragoza, Monasterio de Piedra Natural Park offers some of the world´s most beautiful scenery. A walk of just two and a half hours takes visitors through a lush landscape filled with rivers and streams, waterfalls and caves. As the highly regarded English publication "Fraser´s Magazine" put it in an article published in 1871, this is "a trip to one of the most extraordinary natural curiosities in Europe".
